Natural Indigo
In this workshop, you'll dye a unisex T-shirt with indigo and learn simple Shibori techniques . Folding, tying, and clamping will create graphic patterns and contrasts – making each piece unique.
The workshop is guided and structured . We explain the technique, materials, and how to use the indigo vat step by step. No prior knowledge is necessary – the focus is on the process and working together.
We start by working with a small test cloth to learn about indigo and shibori techniques before moving on to the T-shirt.
The dyed T-shirts are then professionally washed, neutralized and ironed in the studio.
You can pick up your finished shirt from us after about a week or have it sent to you for a shipping fee .

Shibori refers to folding, binding and clamping techniques used to create patterns during dyeing.
These resistances prevent indigo from penetrating the fabric completely – resulting in light lines and graphic structures.
Each result is unique.
FAQ
Can I take my T-shirt straight home with me?
No. The T-shirts are washed, descaled, and ironed in the studio after the workshop. You can pick up your finished shirt in about a week or have it shipped to you.
Can I have multiple textiles dyed?
Yes. Additional textiles can be added as an option. We will also finish these textiles.
