In the cosmaki studio, children work together to design their own T-shirt using plant-based dyes. We start on watercolor paper, where flowers and leaves reveal exactly what color will be produced before moving on to the fabric. After the design phase comes the steaming process, providing scheduled time for cake, gifts, or a break. The finished pieces are washed and post-processed at the studio, so they will not be ready to take home on the day itself.
Please bring clothing that can get dirty. Natural dyes can leave stains that cannot always be completely washed out.

The workshop is suitable for children from about 5 years old .

Do we need to bring anything?
Please bring your own cake and candles if needed .
Everything needed for the workshop, including drinks (water and coffee), is provided on site.
Will it get very dirty?
We work with plant-based dyes.
Clothing should be stain-resistant or a change of shirt should be brought along.
What do we do during the steam age?
While the textiles are dyeing, there's time for cake, gifts, or a break outside in the quiet outdoor area.
Can siblings or parents also dye the dye?
The birthday party is intended for the registered children.
What happens if someone gets sick?
Please get in touch early. We can usually find a solution together.
